How do I cancel my plan?
Before you take the step at cancelling your plan, all we ask the the opportunity to chat with you and understand how we can assist. Email us at support@mixo.io and we will get back to you ASAP.
If you still wish to cancel your plan, here are the steps you need to take to do so:
Ensure you are logged into Mixo and click on the top left avatar > Payment Settings
In payment settings, click Cancel
